How To Lose 20 Pounds In 20 Days!

I have been working on a diet plan which is effective enough to give your body the weight you want . Yes, you can lose 20 pounds in 20 days but you will have to be particular about your meal timings and your desired goal. The diet schedule is as follows:

*At 8.30

2 cups of coffee/green tea

Green Tea


*At 10.00 am

2 Scrambled eggs

Scrambled Eggs


*At 11:30 am

3 servings of fruits (1 whole apple, banana, pear, ½ cup blueberries, raspberries or strawberries etc.)



*At 1:30 PM

3-6 cups cabbage

*At 2:30 PM

1 cup of cooked brown rice

*At 3:30PM

2 cups of Leafy green veggie …. steamed or raw (spinach/broccoli/green beans/green peppers)

*At 4:30 PM

1 serving Freshly squeezed fruit juice

*At 6:00 PM

1 cup of green tea

(Salad should be green and leafy, plus don’t forget to drink a lot water)
